Rome's Museum of Contemporary Art
Rome's Museum of Contemporary Art MACRO is the first museum dedicated to Contemporary Art in Rome, located in Via Reggio Emilia 54.
Open to the public all year and six days a week, MACRO’s main site is a point of reference for Rome’s contemporary art community.
MACRO has a total surface area of 105,000 square metres, including a covered area of some 43,000 square metres.
It host educational activities and provide a range of services for schools, universities, and other sections of the public too.
MACRO are getting ready to become the face of a multi-faceted cultural centre in which the very best artistic expressions of contemporary art, both Italian and international will be able to establish themselves in an increasingly determined manner.
